The Opportunity

We are seeking General Operators to join our Thurnscoe facility. In this role, you will ensure that all products entering and leaving our site meet Balmoral’s high-quality standards and customer specifications, while strictly adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Work efficiently to meet strict company deadlines and targets.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules to achieve dispatch target dates.
• Operate electrical grinding tools and automated lifting equipment safely.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly and safely.
• Always Wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform various labouring duties around the facility.
• Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Consistently adhere to HSE and company policies.
• Take on additional duties as required to support the team.
