TES is a water and power technology engineering specialist delivering services to the water and power sectors worldwide. The General Operative - SMD role at Ballykelly supports fabrication and manufacturing processes and works with the SMD team to maintain quality and safety standards.

We seek reliable, team-oriented individuals willing to learn and develop new skills. A strong work ethic and flexibility to work overtime when required are valued attributes for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desired but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Assist in the fabrication and manufacturing process of switchgear equipment.
• Operate basic tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support SMD machine/process operatives in daily tasks.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures.

• Operate basic tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Support SMD machine/process operatives in daily tasks
