Job summary

Polypipe Building Products in Doncaster is seeking a General Operative for moulding to support the manufacturing process and help achieve high quality while minimising waste and downtime. You will contribute to efficient production and learn products and packaging requirements on site.

The role requires adherence to Health & Safety, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a two-shift pattern. Join a team committed to continuous improvement and reliable on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Develop knowledge of products and packaging requirements.
• Monitor production for quality compliance and identify defects.
• Follow Health & Safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, tidy work area and work to safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check production for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure machines are safe to run and report issues immediately.
• Pack products neatly and ensure correct identification and labelling.
