Genuit Group plc is seeking a manufacturing operator to support the smooth running of the production line at Polypipe Building Products. The role focuses on delivering the highest product quality while minimising waste and downtime on the machines.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on health and safety, adherence to processes and timely production of finished goods. The company offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a growing, sustainable building solutions

Competenze

• Develop own knowledge of products and packaging requirements
• Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
• Monitor production for compliance to quality requirements
• Positive work ethic and excellent timekeeping

Mansioni

• Ensure all production is checked for defects and meets the required quality standards
• Ensure all machines are in a safe condition to run, and report any issues immediately
• All products should be packed neatly and be free from flash or any forms of debris
• Products need to have the correct identification
• Work in accordance with all SSW's and maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Role

To ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process and focus on achieving the highest levels of product quality whilst minimising waste and downtime on the machines.
