About Industrial Services Group (ISG)

Established in 1997, ISG is a unique, not-for-profit department within the Built Environment sector of Bradford Council. We are a commercial factory that surveys, manufactures, and installs high-quality, certified UPVC windows, composite entrance doors, and specialist FD30S fire doors.

Our Mission: Supporting Neurodivergent young adults

We are deeply committed to providing equal opportunities and breaking down barriers to employment. These two permanent vacancies are specifically designed to support Neurodivergent young adults who are looking to secure a long-term career, build confidence, or overcome barriers related to long-term unemployment.

We offer an inclusive, understanding environment tailored to help you succeed, grow, and build a lasting career with us.

What This Permanent Role Offers You

This is not just a temporary placement—it is a long-term career opportunity. Working in our well-maintained, modern commercial factory, you will receive:

  • Clear, step-by-step guidance from supervisors who understand how to support different learning styles.
What You Will Be Doing

As part of our manufacturing team, you will get hands‑on experience in the production of high-quality, certified secure windows and doors. Experience is necessary for this role. We provide a consistent daily routine, full training, and ongoing support from our experienced team.
