Job summary

Techrete, Brigg, North Lincolnshire, is seeking a General Operative to join the Concrete Crew on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is on-site with a 39-hour week, performing end-to-end production of precast concrete products and adhering to health, safety and quality standards.

You will work under guidance of the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager, supporting a collaborative team in a busy construction environment with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential.
• Ability to work in a team and also independently.
• Previous experience in a similar role or working environment is desirable.
• Subsidised on-site canteen and company pension are provided.
• Cycle to work scheme and enhanced family leave options are available.
• On-site parking is available and Friday finishes early.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the full cycle (start to finish) of the production of the precast concrete product
• Carrying out duties as instructed by the Team Leader/Assistant Production Manager
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
• Practice safe systems of work at all times
• Maintain housekeeping levels to a high stand
• Attend training sessions as required
• Work to high standard and in accordance with standard operating procedures
