Mears Group is hiring a General Operative to support our SHDF retrofit programme within the social housing sector. You will assist on site, handle materials, and ensure safe working practices while delivering high standards of workmanship.
Role requires a full UK driving licence, health & safety awareness, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Training in PAS 2035 and asbestos awareness may be required.

Providing front facing support and advice as required and delivering proactive communication throughout the works life cycle. Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do; ensuring we meet the needs of the business, our clients, and our customers.
