Yauatcha City is searching for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced General Manager to lead our exceptional team in delivering impeccable service and modern Cantonese cuisine in the City of London.

The ideal General Manager will be a natural leader and accomplished operator, with:

• A minimum of 5 year restaurant management experience within a fast paced environment
• Experience in luxury restaurant or a venue would be a distinct advantage
• A good understanding of operational and financial needs as well as experienced in guest profiling, managing budgets, forecasting and achieving commercial KPIs.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest recognition, and delivering an exceptional and attentive service
• Excellence in leadership and delegation - able to inspire, develop and mentor a diverse and high-performing team
• Understanding of the International and UK hospitality/restaurant industry
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
