Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the Robin Hood pub, part of our Destination Inns concept, located in Botany Bay, Enfield. This busy pub serves over 800 covers weekly and offers a premium pub food experience. The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, and a problem solver, with a focus on team development, guest engagement, and delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities include managing food and beverage operations, developing sales through events and social media, recruiting and coaching staff, ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety laws, and managing finances to ensure profitability.
