We’re seeking a talented General Catering Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations at this stunning location, in the heart of West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a high-profile, visitor-focused environment known for its natural beauty and biodiversity.

What you’ll do:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple catering outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences

Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, service standards, budgeting, and compliance

Work closely with our chefs to develop seasonal menus and ensure quality, sustainability, and efficiency

Drive innovation in events and commercial catering, aligned with the clients' mission and ethos

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in managing high-volume catering or hospitality operations

A hands-on, customer-focused leader with strong financial and people management skills

Passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and creating memorable dining experiences

A flexible, can-do attitude – though primarily daytime hours, occasional evenings may be required for events

Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum
