Role Overview

The General Manager (GM) will oversee the operational, strategic, and financial performance of the UK & Ireland locations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in software sales and operations management. Responsibilities include driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The GM is accountable for delivering P&L targets and growth objectives, providing strategic direction, and managing all aspects of the UK & Ireland business in collaboration with relevant managers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with company objectives, identify market opportunities, and drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Foster a culture of accountability and compliance.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee daily regional operations, optimize efficiency, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the regional team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring continuous professional development.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, address issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Product and Pricing Management: Manage regional product offerings and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams.
  6. Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance, prepare reports for senior management, and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Proven experience in senior management within the software industry, with a track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
