A fantastic community pub – this has a great regular trade. This site is a newly developed, popular pub offering a great salary of £65,000.

My client has a great role in East London. This is a newly developed pub, focusing on fresh food with table service. They are looking for a leader to drive the business and connect with local businesses. The business will be more wet-led, but food remains central; there is flexibility to innovate with the menu alongside the Head Chef. This is a 60/40 wet-to-dry business.

The General Manager Role:

As General Manager, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and consistent, quality food & drinks. Visibility is key—building relationships with customers encourages repeat business. Marketing and local PR are managed in-house, so a community-focused General Manager is essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

You should have proven skills in growing a business, be people-focused, and possess a vibrant personality. A passion for good food and drink, with financial accountability and staff development experience, is vital. Demonstrated marketing initiatives are also important.
