Homes for Students in Bristol seeks a General Manager for Studio 58 to lead a thriving student community, delivering superb service across sales, maintenance and housekeeping. You will guide a team, drive performance and embed core values to ensure an outstanding student living experience.

The role involves leading check-in/check-out and room turnaround from September, with support from the regional team and the Homes for Students family.

• Support new students and resolve customer or operational issues in partnership with the wider Homes for Students team.

Homes for Students, the UK's largest independent provider of Student Accommodation, is currently seeking a General Manager for Studio 58 in Bristol. This isn't your average 9-to-5 job; it's a chance to lead, inspire, and take charge of a thriving student community. Your weekly hours will be 40 hours per week, working 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

As our General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind an exceptional student living experience. You'll work closely with your team to ensure top-notch customer service in sales, maintenance, and housekeeping. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding our core values and enabling your team to excel in their roles.

The pinnacle of excitement awaits in September, as you take the reins of the check-in, check-out, and room turnaround process. Your outstanding communication skills will shine as you support our new students and efficiently handle any customer or operational issues that arise.
