The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and charismatic General Manager for a small neighbourhood restaurant located in the heart of Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an independent and hands-on role, where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact with your leadership and personality.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly experienced in managing P&L and financial performance, with a sharp eye for driving revenue growth and ensuring budgets and forecasts are met.
  • A hands-on leader who is proactive and independent, able to manage day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
  • Outgoing and approachable, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both the team and guests, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
  • Presentable and professional, leading by example and ensuring the restaurant maintains high standards of service, presentation, and customer experience.
  • Passionate about British cuisine and committed to delivering exceptional food and service, with a deep understanding of the importance of quality and authenticity.
