The Works

As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Scotts Greenock. From overseeing day-to-day operations to leading a high-performing team, you’ll set the tone and standards for a truly exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be responsible for venue performance, team development, and keeping our culture strong, positive, and buzzing.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of the venue - from guest experience to financial performance
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a passionate front and back of house team
  • Champion Buzzworks values and create a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Drive revenue and profitability through smart planning and exceptional service
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality are upheld
  • Handle challenges with confidence, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
  • Work closely with Area Managers and Support Teams to deliver results and share success
