We’re recruiting a General Manager for a solutions/projects focused Power Generation, Generator and T&D manufacturer.

The emphasis of the role being on improving operational excellence (2 factories) and commercial strategy. This person will be based in the coastal region of Saudi Arabia, have 100+ direct and indirect reports and be tasked with developing profitable growth for one of the Company’s key business units.

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree – preferably in Industrial Engineering
MBA would be beneficial but not essential

Experience:

Previous experience/dealings with Middle East business
Experienced in operational and manufacturing excellence, pushing business performance
Experience in manufacturing improvement initiatives based on Six Sigma and LEAN frameworks
Experience in complex bid management
15 years experience across OEMs and Value-Added Distributors
Results-Orientated, Emotionally Intelligent Professional
