Job summary

Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Manager for Rotary Wing services. You will lead a large, multi-functional team across two sites and maintain close alignment with the Operations Director while interfacing with senior military stakeholders.

You will own the P&L for a high‑growth, high‑regulation business, drive cost control and supplier management, and lead change projects to optimise delivery in the rotary market.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-site teams in a high‑regulation environment.
• Track record of delivering complex operations or services with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to brief senior military stakeholders and work within defence/aerospace contexts.
