General Manager – Premium Restaurant Group

Location: London - Relocate to Paris

The Concept:

A beautiful premium restaurant group with a global presence, focused on offering a premium product and exemplary service standards.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with a background in new openings. The restaurant is currently closed for refurbishment and repositioning. You will lead the project alongside the Director of Operations. The restaurant has 130 covers, a PDR of 10, and offers all-day dining that transitions into a lively evening with live music and DJ entertainment.

The General Manager Profile:

• International experience is essential, particularly with multinational clientele in London and UAE.
• Fluent French speaker is required.
• Experience with fresh food concepts and a strong wine knowledge are necessary.
• Understanding high-volume operations at an elevated service level is important.
• The restaurant features multiple stations, including two cocktail bars.
• You will lead a team of approximately 50 FOH staff and collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team of around 30.
• You should be highly people-focused, with a proven track record in team development and mentoring.
• Strong financial acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit are required to drive commercial success.
