The Role:

This is a new opening coming to London and the ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a pedigree that spans a rich history in the restaurant industry. This is set to be high volume and therefore we need to see this in your experience. You will be part of the project and openings team; this is a multifaceted role spanning 2 floors, PDR, and a bar – this all needs to be in your locker. This role is an opportunity for decision-makers who are eager to unleash their entrepreneurial flair while upholding the restaurant's core values. It's a dream role for those who are passionate about taking dining experiences to new heights.

• The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of high volume and elevated branded dining.
