The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Running the show day-to-day - opening, closing, reporting, and cash handling
  2. Leading daily briefings and floor management with confidence
  3. Developing and supporting a top-tier team
  4. Creating standout guest experiences and handling issues with ease
  5. Managing rotas, recruitment, training, and menu development
  6. Full P&L ownership and forecasting
  7. Setting and implementing clear SOPs
  8. Driving commercial performance and organic growth

  2. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
  3. Confident managing a high-volume, premium site with full autonomy
  4. Experience launching new sites or handling major projects

  6. A proven track record of growth - commercially, financially, and as a team
  7. Big personality, passionate about people, food, and wine
