We’re looking for a cool, energetic General Manager to lead our team at Pho Edinburgh on Lothian Road.

This role is suited for a General Manager who knows their stuff, cares about the hospitality world, and understands what it takes to succeed!

Salary offer of up to £47,000, including earnings received through tronc.

Plus, a bonus of up to £8,000!

What Pho is looking for:

• At least 2 years’ experience in General Management, in bar or restaurant settings, or both
• A passion for food! As a General Manager, you'll learn all about our fresh offerings
• Confidence in understanding and delivering financial P&L reports
• Experience communicating with suppliers
• Comfort with using various systems like Pronet, OpenTable, Zonal, Harri, etc.
• Most importantly, someone who GETS IT!
