Rosas Thai is looking for a General Manager to be part of our growing family and lead the opening of our new sites in London. We are seeking a confident individual who is guest-focused and ready to lead a team.

Job Duties:

1. Ensuring our front of house team delivers an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

3. Fostering growth and a culture of continuous learning within the team, overseeing training plans, and mentoring for career development.
4. Managing stock control, maintenance, and H&S compliance.
5. Leading by example and setting standards for a respectful and positive working environment.
