  • Manage and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient and effective daily hotel operations.
  • Embrace change and drive improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

You will need to:

  • Be passionate about leading a successful hotel team.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience as a General Manager in upscale hotels.
  • Be an expert in hotel operations, a strong commercial leader with a proven track record in financial performance, guest and team member engagement.
  • Excel in communication at all levels of the business.
  • Be experienced in managing owner relationships and understand franchised environments.
  • Have knowledge of the London market (very beneficial).
