The Opportunity:
Launching this October – a stunning new concept focused on premium Asian cuisine, counter dining, and open-fire cooking.Ambitious, founder-led and built for impact, with Michelin aspirations but a modern, laid-back approach.Product and people are front and centre.

The Role:
This is a true leadership role, right from pre-launch through to day-to-day operations.You’ll be setting the tone, building the team, driving standards, and delivering exceptional service without the stuffiness.If you thrive on pace, energy and variety – this is one for you.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in high-end, contemporary restaurants (ideally with Michelin experience – but nothing too formal)
• New opening experience a big plus
• A genuine love for hospitality – guest-focused, energetic and calm under pressure
• Solid understanding of Japanese cuisine at premium level (desirable)
• Commercially switched-on, confident with P&L and systems
• Strong communicator, hands-on operator, and team motivator
