What You'll Bring

• Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment with food and drinks service
• Knowledge of managing through KPIs, labour, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and budget considerations
• Experience in training and recruiting front-of-house teams
• Some back-of-house experience and understanding of kitchen operations is a plus
