Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  • Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
  • Drive revenue from membership sales, products, and overall gym profitability
  • Manage controllable costs such as stock and cleaning supplies to prevent wastage
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
  • Ensure processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered at a high standard
  • Promote national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
  • Complete operational processes regularly and to high standards
  • Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
  • React resiliently to challenges and find solutions
  • Manage policies including Health & Safety and pool operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
  • Level 2 fitness qualification (desirable)
  • Over 1 year management experience in the fitness industry
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Adaptability in communication and management styles
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
  • Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed
