The What...

As a Cover General Manager for Hollywood Bowl Group, you will support any one of our busy centres across the UK for short periods. You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for our team and customers during your stays.

National travel is required, and there will be the necessity to spend long periods away from home. We are looking for a candidate based in the South-West England region.

Driven by business needs, you will provide interim support and stability for our teams. In our fast-paced, dynamic environment, General Managers coach, lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service that delights our customers and encourages repeat visits.

You will support the business by making a real impact, driving the financial and commercial performance of the centre across all four revenue streams: bar, diner, amusements, and bowling.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail industries, managing large multi-revenue operations
• Experience in field-based roles
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
• A relentless approach to operational excellence
• Evidence of sales and performance optimization
• A passion for people, with experience in coaching, developing, and progressing teams
• An empathetic and compassionate approach
• Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Based in South West England
