Your day

Role

The General Manager provides operational support at all levels, actively participating in executing the strategic agenda and managing financial budgets through daily performance oversight. Responsibilities include:

1. Promoting positive people relations and adhering to HR guidelines.
2. Ensuring brand compliance across all sites.
3. Maintaining 100% FCA compliance and adherence to external standards like VOSA.
4. Ensuring health and safety policies are followed and promoting safe working practices.
5. Achieving manufacturer standards and maintaining strong relationships.
6. Providing accurate and timely group reporting.
7. Managing and motivating staff to align with business and customer needs.
8. Instilling and promoting Snows values.
9. Safeguarding business interests above individual agendas.
10. Maintaining the professional image of franchises.
11. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Management experience in private and commercial vehicle sales; experience with Mercedes vans is a plus.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of compliance and policies; coaching skills.
• Strong work ethic, adaptable, detail-oriented.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Fluent in English, PC literate.
• Full, clean driving license.
