We're looking for a General Manager for a community food pub in Motherwell. Salary from £48k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Raven's Cliff is the perfect opportunity for an experienced General Manager to showcase their skills. This modern pub and hotel is located in Motherwell, with close proximity to the M8 and M74 with lots of residential guest surrounding the pub. There is a real opportunity to drive sales through networking and building links with the local community. We are looking for a strong community focused operator to deliver amazing standards with the guest and team at the heart of everything that they do.

The Raven's Cliff is currently trading an average of £33,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of Wet:20 Dry:40 & Hotel:40, with seasonal trading. This pub does offer a popular pizza oven for guests and can accommodate up to 1,000 covers each week. There is management accommodation which is currently being used by one of the senior team to live in, so there is no accommodation for the new GM or a live out allowance currently.
