Monday to Friday only, no late nights.

The General Manager Role:

  • Delivering the highest quality food & service
  • Training and coaching of the front and back-of-house team.
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the site.
  • Keeping the operational costs within the budgets
  • Making sure the staff and customers are happy all the time.
