Position: General Manager (m/f/d)

Location: High Wycombe (Main) and Manchester

This role oversees daily operations of the branch and its employees in the UK & Ireland. The General Manager leads the setting of sales goals, drives sales activity, and manages staff duties. Success is measured by meeting branch sales objectives, gross profit goals, and quality expectations.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a branch sales program to achieve gross profit, revenue, operating expenses, inventory management, delivery performance, and quality metrics.
  2. Broadening the existing customer base, meeting sales and profit goals.
  3. Developing and leading a team of sales personnel.
  4. Conducting quarterly reviews and managing the branch budget.
  5. Analyzing sales data and reviewing reports.
  6. Developing strategic plans with the Regional Vice President.
  7. Increasing sales on branch accounts by engaging key customers.
  8. Meeting with suppliers to support their sales goals.
  9. Monitoring industry trends and attending events.
  10. Participating in the TTI Total Quality Program to ensure process improvements.

What you bring to us:

  1. At least 8 years of experience in electronic components sales or related industry, with a degree in business or similar. Management experience required.
  2. Knowledge of sales processes in distribution.
