Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding General Manager to lead our original venue in the heart of Notting Hill. As our original and most iconic location, Los Mochis Notting Hill has become a cornerstone of West London's dining scene - a vibrant, energetic space where Mexican spirit meets Japanese elegance.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take the reins of a well-established, critically acclaimed restaurant, known for its high standards, loyal following, and buzzing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team, setting a tone of excellence, energy, and professionalism
  • Deliver a warm, memorable guest experience that keeps our regulars coming back and new guests feeling like locals
  • Maintain top-tier standards in food, service, cleanliness, and ambiance
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategic goals, drive sales, and optimise performance
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure efficient labour scheduling
  • Act as the face of the restaurant - confidently handling guest feedback and building community relationships
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of your management team and front/back-of-house staff
