Job summary

Company of Cooks, part of Compass, seeks a dynamic leader to manage a busy hospitality operation, including events, food service and front of house. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, lead the management team and ensure a high standard of service and financial performance.

You will build strong client relationships, manage budgets and drive guest experience across diverse venues in the UK. This role offers growth within a leading hospitality business with extensive training and career

• Experience leading a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation.
• Lead the day-to-day running of a busy, multi-faceted site, covering hospitality, events, food service and front of house.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of events, functions, meetings and hospitality.
• Lead and support the management team, making sure all areas work well together.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
• Take ownership of budgets, costs and overall financial performance.
• Maintain high standards across food, service, presentation and customer experience.
• Experience delivering a range of events, functions, meetings or hospitality.
• Confident leading different teams and keeping the whole operation running smoothly.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs.
• Organised, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• A great communicator who can build strong relationships with clients, customers and teams.
