Job Description

What you'll do as a General Manager...

1. Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
2. Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering amazing experiences for our customers.
3. Recruit and develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
4. Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.

Please note that if successful, you will need to already have or be able to acquire a personal license.

What you'll bring...
