Job Description

What you'll do as a General Manager...

1. Work with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
2. Lead by example to bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
3. Recruit and develop your team, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.
4. Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.

Please note that if successful, you will need to already have or be able to acquire a personal license.

What you'll bring...

• High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of managing a successful pub.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working well with people.
• Business acumen, especially in P&L control.
• An appreciation for individuality, caring for others, your pub, and the environment.
• Previous success at the General Manager level in hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced environments is desirable; a positive attitude and outlook are essential.
