Job summary

Ember Inns, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a General Manager to lead a local pub-restaurant and drive guest experiences across our Star Hotel and Ember Inns sites. You’ll build a proud team, manage operations and deliver moments that matter for guests.

This opportunity includes onsite accommodation (2 bedrooms) and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward hard work and loyalty across our brands.
