Thanks to their recent success and growth, this vibrant family entertainment brand is opening a new venue in Kingston upon Thames, on the Surrey/London border. They are looking for an experienced Manager from a leisure background—think bowling, arcades, gaming, sports, karaoke, and other activities—to oversee operations.

You will manage all food and beverage options, parties, and events, leading a team of approximately 25 people. The role requires a confident people manager with strong commercial understanding and a focus on customer experience and safety.

Salary: up to £45,000 basic plus bonus (OTE £52k), with benefits including pension, staff discounts, and more.

Responsibilities include:
