Job summary

Nando's Leicester is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive exceptional customer service, and grow the team. You will manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver outstanding PERi-PERi experiences.

You will be responsible for achieving targets, maintaining food safety and cost discipline, and developing Managers of the future in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment.
