The role |

As a general manager, you will inspire your team to exceed guest expectations, maintaining high standards. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

  • Prioritize cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Your ability to influence and empower emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship is essential.
  • Are dedicated to excellence in guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service, either through your efforts or by enabling your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Possess strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. You analyze data to inform business decisions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Care about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and belongs, allowing them to thrive in their roles and careers.
