Career Opportunity: General Manager in Training

Do you have experience leading a team to success and are interested in transitioning into the hospitality industry? Or do you already have hospitality management experience and are ready to advance your career?

Based within a district, as a General Manager in Training, you will need to drive your team and have access to your own vehicle. With support from your district and a structured training plan, you will develop your team and achieve your targets.

Most of our General Managers in Training are managing their own businesses within 6 months.

What do you need?
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a team and developing a business.
  • Current or previous roles such as deputy manager, retail manager, store manager, catering manager, or managing an independent business.
  • Ability to drive to support business operations in your district during training.
