As the General Manager of one of their flagship venues and a cluster of schools across a geographical area, you will oversee the daily operations of the clubs (breakfast, after-school, lunchtime, holiday camps). Responsibilities include leadership, growth and business development, training and onboarding, recruitment, scheduling and rota management, people management, cost control, customer relations, and school partnerships.

Ideal candidate will have:
  • Management experience and skills in training and developing others

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team
