We are seeking a General Manager in Central London for a prominent fitness brand with clubs across London. This role offers an exciting, dynamic workplace with excellent career progression opportunities and a chance to work alongside top industry talent. It is a hands-on management position within the fitness industry, encompassing responsibilities such as:

  • People Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
  • Brand & Operations Management: Ensure the club meets standards and energizes its members.
  • Product: Manage the fitness space passionately and knowledgeably.
  • Commercial: Promote the club locally, organize events, and drive memberships and additional revenue streams.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Management experience in the fitness sector, such as General Manager, Club Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • For candidates outside the industry, exceptional transferrable skills and experience are required; a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification is preferred, with Level 2 acceptable.
  • Energetic, personable, ambitious, with a strong skill set and character.
