What will I be doing?

• Reporting to the Managing Director of our Industrial and Commercial division, this senior role involves inspiring our team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• You will lead and manage the Central region’s established commercial collection business, operating in a price-driven, competitive market, and ensuring the highest standards of service to our diverse customer base.
• Through your leadership and experience, motivate and equip the team to help SUEZ meet its goals by prioritizing customer service.
• Retain and win profitable new business, and achieve regional P&L targets.
• Build strong customer relationships, develop clear plans for growth, and stay informed about market trends.
• Leverage our network of waste treatment and recycling assets, along with regional management support, to build your strategy.

What are the requirements?

• Senior management experience in a complex, multi-site logistics operation where service delivery is critical.
• Ability to maximize efficiency, service large national accounts, and benchmark market pricing.
• Experience managing sales teams, optimizing team performance, and maintaining excellent customer service standards to foster loyalty.
• Strong commercial skills to run and grow our evolving business successfully.
