Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations
    You\'ll be responsible for managing the daily workflow and ensuring smooth internal processes across the business. This includes optimising systems, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining operational efficiency to support long-term growth.

  • Deliver Outstanding Client Service
    A key focus of the role is ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. You\'ll uphold high standards, resolve issues proactively, and foster strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Drive Business Growth
    You will identify and pursue new opportunities for expansion. This includes increasing revenue, entering new markets, and developing innovative service offerings that align with our mission and the evolving needs of our clients.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Services
    You\'ll work closely with senior leadership to align operational activities with strategic objectives, contribute to high-level decision-making, and ensure the business is moving in the right direction.

  • Engage with a Network of Associate Partners
    You\'ll coordinate with a dynamic group of Associate Partners to broaden our market presence, support client delivery, and enhance the overall impact of our work.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships
    A key part of your role will be to cultivate new partnerships and strengthen existing ones. You\'ll identify mutually beneficial opportunities and develop long-term relationships that support both business and client outcomes.

  • Meet and Anticipate Client Needs

Who We\'re Looking For:
  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years\' management experience, including responsibility for:

    • Delivering high-quality recruitment or B2B consultancy services.

    • Driving business growth through new opportunities and proven development strategies.

    • Creating impactful marketing campaigns to boost engagement, brand visibility, and revenue.

    • Producing winning proposals and fully costed tenders.

    • Managing budgets and making strategic financial decisions to improve performance and profitability.
