Overview: General Manager required for a modern 3/4-star hotel in central London. We seek a dynamic and driven Hotel Manager to oversee all day-to-day aspects of this 120-bedroom property, used by London's busy tourist and business guests. This is a room-only site, with no wedding or event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversight and support to all Heads of Departments (HODs).
Reporting to a Group Head Office.
Management reporting.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all hotel operations.
Ensure a consistent first-class service and adherence to company standards.
Monitor all sales activity in line with company policy.
Comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.

Experience Required

Previous experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Operations Manager in similar-sized branded or independent hotel operations. Stable career history.
