The Role:

As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the club – leading daily operations, driving membership growth, building a strong team culture, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the club's performance, from financial targets to facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the health club
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Drive membership sales and retention
• Ensure top-notch customer service and member satisfaction
• Manage budgets, reporting, and performance KPIs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Coordinate with marketing to promote the club and events
