The Role:

As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the club – leading daily operations, driving membership growth, building a strong team culture, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the club's performance, from financial targets to facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the health club
  2. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
  3. Drive membership sales and retention
  4. Ensure top-notch customer service and member satisfaction
  5. Manage budgets, reporting, and performance KPIs
  6. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
  7. Coordinate with marketing to promote the club and events
