We're looking for a General Manager for a food-driven pub in the beautiful town of Harrogate. Salary up to £48,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are seeking a great General Manager to lead the Curious Cow in Harrogate and drive the team to success!

About the pub

The Curious Cow of Harrogate is a modern yet traditionally styled, food-driven pub located in Killinghall, near Harrogate. It regularly generates around £25,000 weekly in sales, with a 60/40 food to wet split, and an annual turnover exceeding £1.1 million. As part of our Signature pub collection, it features a premium menu. The pub has an open plan layout, a strong local community following, a private dining area, outdoor seating, and ample parking.

Management accommodation is provided in a modern 3-bedroom flat, including a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and a separate Manager's Office.
