Job summary

Rotunda, located in King's Cross overlooking Regent's Canal, is seeking an inspiring General Manager to lead its restaurant and support the wider operation. You will drive financial performance, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while spotting new growth opportunities.

As part of Green & Fortune, you will collaborate with marketing, events, and Kings Place teams to maximise revenue and ensure exceptional service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-faceted restaurant hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of London's hospitality landscape.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for innovation and delivering excellent service.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and uphold service standards.
• Develop and execute revenue-growth strategy with support from Green & Fortune team.
• Lead recruitment and staff training.
• Collaborate with Commercial Events, Marketing, and Kings Place Foundation to maximize revenue.
• Oversee rosters and align to financial targets.
• Oversee financial reporting including sales and gross profit.
• Drive product and menu development.
• Provide hands-on leadership during key business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and hospitality passion.
