We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and engaging General Manager to lead the Adult Critical Care and Therapies Directorate at St George's, focusing on Business Development within the Children's, Women's, Diagnostics, Therapies, Outpatients, Pharmacy, and Critical Care (CWDT) Division.

The role emphasizes clinical innovation, modernization, operational performance, waiting list and financial management, bed utilization, and service redesign to meet best practice standards, improve efficiency, and optimize resource use.
The General Manager is a key member of the Directorate triumvirate, responsible for strategic and operational management of Care Groups. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Director, Head of Nursing, and Deputy General Manager to ensure high-quality patient services within available resources. Managing all non-clinical staff in the Directorate, you will ensure staff are managed in line with Trust policies.
